In 2025, St Monica Trust is celebrating 100 years – a wonderful milestone in the life of the charity. Solution

Concept design and production

To bring five retirement communities together in a single, shared celebration, we delivered the concept, "Garden Party Across Five Villages" – a live broadcast linking all five communities across the city. This way, each village could enjoy its own local festivities while remaining connected to the wider celebration, creating a sense of unity and excitement across all locations.

Technical design

Our team managed the entire production process from start to finish. We used professional software, equipment and experienced technicians to deliver a multi-site broadcast – expertly synchronised. We engineered a robust streaming infrastructure to ensure seamless, high-quality video and audio across all sites. The precision came down to our team's strong level of experience, knowledge and expert timing.

Creative programming

To keep audiences engaged, we curated a lively programme featuring live performances, interactive segments, and community highlights, ensuring every village felt part of the bigger picture.

Seamless co-ordination

Managing five simultaneous events required precision and collaboration. We coordinated logistics for each venue, ensuring consistent branding and technical readiness. Performers and MCs were scheduled and supported across all sites, with live crossovers carefully timed to maintain energy and flow. Each location had a dedicated MC to engage local audiences while synchronising with the central broadcast.

Compliance and safety

We secured all licensing and performance rights to ensure full compliance. Comprehensive safety documentation and risk assessments were prepared for each site, covering everything from crowd management to technical hazards. Contingency plans were developed for potential disruptions, including connectivity issues, weather challenges, and performer availability – guaranteeing a smooth experience for all participants.

Outcome

The "Garden Party Across Five Villages" proved to be an outstanding success, bringing together hundreds of residents and staff for a truly memorable celebration. By designing and producing a multi-site event, we delivered seamless live connections that created a powerful sense of unity and shared emotion across the Trust.

Our team managed every detail – from full production and technical design to creative programming, performer coordination, and safety compliance – ensuring a flawless experience.

The result was an event that exceeded expectations, earning glowing feedback from the client: "You made the impossible possible."

"Thank you for delivering such a wonderful event for us and your patience with us during the planning. We have been inundated with positive comments from residents, trustees and outside organisations. The technical aspects worked seamlessly and the facilitator was excellent." — David Williams, Chief Executive, St Monica Trust
